Orders are accepted on payment authorization. We may cancel/refund if inventory or QC fails.

Insured shipping; risk passes on delivery confirmation.

5. Returns/Exchange

15-day returns as per policy page. Custom/engraved pieces may be non-returnable.

6. Warranty

Manufacturing defects covered; wear/tear and mishandling excluded.
